Dicomm Advertising, a subsidiary of Dicomm Holdings was formed by Enoch M. Hwande and Herbert K. Marowa. Our core business lies within Branding and Marketing Communications.
Today we have fused our core strength of speaking to the hearts of people, with a global outlook through partnering with The McCann World Group Network to form Dicomm McCann. As a passionate and creative agency, Dicomm McCann has evolved and now looks to the future with a positive worldview that is strongly rooted in ideas that work. We believe in building lasting brands, which are cemented in the hearts and minds of the consumer, brands that are part of the everyday life of a targeted customer. A case in point is the Econet brand, which we have been part of since conceptualization, we developed the very first the logo, launched the brand into the market, listed Econet on the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange. Thereafter, we formulated the consumer brands such as Buddie, Liberty, Yourfone and GoMula. The Econet brand has an exceptional brand recall in the market through its brand awareness.
Similarly, we have developed some of the campaigns that are talked about even today, such as Garai Makateya nzeve for Delta Beverages Chibuku Brand and “It’s bhoo neChibuku”. These campaigns spoke the consumer language and successfully created a favourable predisposition towards the brand.
Charles is the head of the Agency. He holds a MBA (University of Zimbabwe), BBA Marketing Degree, IMM Diploma, Strategic Business Management Post Grad Diploma (Sweden) & Associate Banker (AIBZ). Through his passion and leadership the agency is sure to reach higher levels of growth.

Thandiwe holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Marketing from Africa University. She is a well nurtured and passionate marketing professional with 6 years marketing and key accounts management experience.

Willard is an experienced technical leader and customer experience fanatic with a passion for building high-performance result-oriented teams across geographies. He has a demonstrated history of working on the front lines of innovation in the Fintech, Telecoms, digital marketing, marketing/advertising and platforms/systems space.
His areas of expertise include Traffic, IT, Procurement and Systems Development. He is a highly experienced manager with years of exposure in different roles and industries. Albert is at the heart of the Agency Systems.

An enthusiastic digital strategist with experience working with international brands in South Africa and Zimbabwe. Holder of a double major undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Economics (NMMU) as well as an Honours degree in Strategic Brand Management from VEGA School of Brand Leadership.
