Developing smarter ways to tell it like it is.
Our big NEWS this season is that we have developed yet another website for what, decades ago, would have been deemed an unlikely client. As fake news and social media continues to grow, the market is looking for genuine and true stories and we were excited to have been given an opportunity to showcase our prowess in building and hosting the Daily News website.
The website that we built is a center-piece to the Daily News online monetization strategy and it has been built with capabilities to be plugged into the programmatic ecosystem where other serious publishers like BBC trade their inventory. This allows the website to attract advertisers from anywhere around the world and not just Zimbabwean companies. The game has changed from buying inventory to audiences and the new Daily News website has been built to offer this. Developing a publisher website which attracts massive traffic with constantly changing dynamics, was a long awaited challenge we took on with zeal and confidence.
As with all our clients, we had to make certain the paper would be provided with all the necessary tools to generate significant revenue. Our team ensured an Agile user experience incorporating the latest material feel.
The Innovations and Experience team has been outdoing themselves with competitive websites, chat bots, apps and more for our local and regional clients, old and new. The Daily News is definitely another feather, a quill , in the Dicomm McCann cap.
