Let’s be honest, most internet ads usually promise speed, price, or reliability. We wanted to promise all that… and still be entertaining.
That’s how Liquid Home’s “SURE THING” campaign was born, out of a desire to reimagine how we talk about internet services. Because beyond megabytes and modems, what people really want is peace of mind. They want to know if it will work. That it’s a sure thing.
So instead of defaulting to technical jargon or polished sales promises, we decided to lead with humour. We tapped into Zimbabwe’s thriving creator culture and worked with influencers who understand how to tell everyday stories with wit, warmth, and cultural relevance.
The result? Four bold, entertaining, and refreshingly human TVCs, each capturing a different side of what it feels like when your internet delivers.
We didn’t just want people to notice this campaign. We wanted them to feel it. To connect. To remember.
In a category that often plays it safe, “SURE THING” challenges what telco marketing can be and reminds us that trust, joy, and a good laugh can go further than specs and speeds.
